Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - Aqaba and Wadi Rum
- 03:00 – Pickup in Jerusalem and transfer to Eilat
- 08:00 – Border crossing into Jordan with assistance, be one of the first to arrive at the border crossing to avoid crowds
- 09:15 – Head towards Aqaba from the border for free time to explore the market and have lunch
- 12:15 – Transfer to Wadi Rum
- 13:00 – Check in to Bedouin Camp in Wadi Rum. Enjoy free time to relax and unwind in Wadi Rum. Optional activities can be arranged on the spot such as hiking, camel rides, and more. Subject to availability
- 15:00 – Jeep Safari tour in Wadi Rum led by a local Bedouin guide
- 19:00 – Authentic Jordanian Dinner at the Bedouin Camp including traditional Zarb (Bedouin barbecue), spreads, salads, bread, and more
- Overnight in Bedouin Camp, upgrades possible
Day 2 - Petra
- 07:00 – Breakfast at leisure in the Bedouin campsite
- 08:00 – Transfer to Petra (including a view of Mount Haroun en route)
- 9:30 – Arrive in the lost city of Petra and begin a guided tour of the highlights
- 12:00 – Free time to explore at leisure in Petra, including hiking to the Monastery and/or lunch
- 16:30 – Meet at the exit of Petra
- 16:45 – Return journey back to Eilat
- 18:30 – Arrive at the border crossing
- 19:30 – Return to Eilat side of the border, head back to Jerusalem, travel time back to Jerusalem is approximately 4 hours

Essential Information
- If the booking is for a single room, then customer should pay single supplement. of 40 USD.
- Maximum of 25 passengers per guided group (in Petra). Please note that while in transportation, groups may be larger. We find that larger buses are more comfortable and accommodating
- If you choose to stay in the hotel instead of camp on day 1, please note dinner is not included
- Our Petra tour aims to include approximately 4-6 hours in Petra, including 2-2.5 hours guided tour and free time. Also, our vehicle goes directly from Tel Aviv to the border and you will not have to drive through another city on the way
- Guides that speak other languages (Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew, Romanian, Bulgarian) is available. Please contact us for pricing
- Please note, border fees and visa fees are NOT included in the tour price and are paid directly at the border, in cash. Border fee is for departure tax from Israel, the departure tax for operated groups from Jordan, arrangement, and preparation of Jordan visa, assistance service from border representative on departure from Israel, assistance service from border representative on arrival in Jordan and assistance service from border representative on departure from Jordan
- Israeli passport holders (or holders of dual passports with an Israeli passport) must use their Israeli passport at every border crossing
- Please note that religious items are not allowed in Jordan. Do not bring them with you to the tour as it may cause issues crossing the border.

From here, travel to Aqaba and explore Jordan’s only Red Sea city, before continuing to the Wadi Rum Desert and checking into your Bedouin Camp accommodation. Before sunset, enjoy an exhilarating Jeep Safari tour with a local Bedouin and your guide, taking in the desert landscape and enjoying the best time to take photos, and the perfect afternoon temperature. In the evening at Wadi Rum, gaze at the starlit sky with an overnight stay in a Bedouin campsite. The next morning, enjoy optional morning activities at sunrise and after a leisurely breakfast, you will ride along the ‘desert’ highway leading to Petra, one of the greatest UNESCO recognized archaeological sites. With an experienced guide, you will explore the wonders of this ancient city. Later, you will enjoy free time to explore more of Petra at your own pace. From Petra, you’ll head back and pass through the border to Eilat before heading back to Jerusalem.
